Key Responsibilities: -


1. Oversee Vendor Invoice validation against contracts, Pos, GRNs and site measurements
2. Ensure milestone based payment processing in line with EPC project schedule
3. Monitor AP aging and support for payment forecast and optimize cash flow
4. Ensure Statutory Compliances (GST, TDS withholding taxes)
5. Lead month end & year end closer activities related to AP
6. Coordinate with procurement, contracts, and project execution teams
7. Drive process improvements and digitization initiatives
8. MIS & Reporting
9. Oracle ERP system usage
