ACCOUNTS MANAGER

For Auto parts & Industrial Components Mfg Company

Experience: Min 6-8 Years in handling accounts of Automotive / sheet metal unit preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Centralized Accounts Management.

Handle complete accounts of all three plants. Ensure timely consolidation of plant-wise accounts and reporting to management. Monitor and reconcile inter-plant transactions.
2. Tally ERP - Specialist Role

Expert in Tally Prime / Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting and reporting. Create, manage, and customize Tally reports for MIS, GST, and statutory compliance. Train and guide team members on Tally usage across plants.
3. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Finalization of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash FlowStatements. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutorylaws. Coordinate with auditors (Statutory, Tax, Internal) for smooth audit closures.
4. Cost Control & Budgeting

Prepare budgets, track variances, and provide management insights. Support costing for production and pricing decisions. Suggest measures for financial discipline and cost optimization across plants.
5. Banking & Treasury

Manage working capital requirements, fund flow, and vendor payments. Coordinate with banks for facilities like LC, BG, and loans. Ensure optimum utilization of funds across plants.
6. Leadership & Team Management

Lead accounts teams in all three locations with centralized oversight. Review daily work, approve transactions, and ensure accuracy in records. Develop SOPs for uniformity in accounting practices across plants.

Key Skills & Competencies

Specialization in Tally ERP / Tally Prime. Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Labour Law compliances. Good analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple plants and handle pressure. Proficiency in MS Excel & financial reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com (with specialization in Accounts &Taxation).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
