We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Manager - Accounts

to oversee and manage all accounting operations across our multiple centers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining smooth financial operations, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

As the

Manager - Accounts

, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including bank reconciliation, GST, staff statutory contributions, salary processing, vendor payments, and more. You will work closely with the CFO and contribute to the financial health and transparency of our growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Bank Reconciliation:

Ensure accurate reconciliation of all bank accounts across multiple centers on a monthly basis.

GST Compliance:

Oversee and manage GST filings, ensuring timely and accurate submission of returns as per regulatory requirements.

Staff Statutory Compliance:

Handle staff-related statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), and professional tax, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Salary Processing:

Oversee the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to all staff.

Vendor Payments:

Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Tax Filings:

Support the tax department in preparing and filing income tax returns and other relevant statutory filings.

Audit Preparation:

Prepare and assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are in order and compliant with relevant laws and policies.

Team Management:

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and ensuring efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) will be an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries.

Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and statutory compliance. Experience with payroll processing and vendor management. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Other:

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
