Job Description

An Accounts Manager for Ferro Alloys Manufacturing oversees daily accounting, financial reporting (MIS, statements, cost analysis), statutory compliance (GST, PF), and fund management, requiring strong ERP/Tally skills, knowledge of manufacturing finance, and team leadership to ensure accurate financial operations for the production of ferroalloys.
Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Operations: Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, general ledger, and bookkeeping according to accounting standards.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and cost analysis reports, crucial for manufacturing performance.
• Statutory Compliance: Handle timely remittance and returns for GST, PF, TDS, and other relevant tax laws.
• Audit & Internal Controls: Ensure readiness for internal/external audits and maintain document control.
• Cash & Working Capital: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall fund management.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Industry Specifics: Understand the unique financial aspects of the ferroalloy manufacturing sector (e.g., raw material costs, production metrics).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com/M.Com or MBA in Finance.
• Experience: Proven experience in accounting, preferably within manufacturing.
• Software: Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Compliance: In-depth knowledge of GST, PF, and other Indian tax laws.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills.
