Position : Manager - Accounts & Finance

Reports To : CFO Experience : Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience

Job Location : Andheri (East)

Qualification : Graduation / Degree

Responsibilities and Duties:

? Should have Functional Knowledge on Indian Taxation Laws Like, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PT, PF, ESIC etc.

? Must have handled the Accounting finalization work independently

? Monthly reconciliation of all bank statement and balance confirmation.

? Verification of Vouchers for payments/receipts.

? Monthly closing books of accounts & general ledger scrutiny of expenses.

? Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors for resolving queries.

? Maintaining Books of Accounts using Tally 9 & ERP Prime.

? General ledger scrutiny of Expenses, Debtors & Creditors.

? Preparation & submission of Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet.

Requisites & Responsibilities

? 10+ years of accounting experience, decision-making, problem-solving skills.

? 5+ years of experience in leadership & team handling roles.

? Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.

? Must have good soft skills.
