About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Finance & Accounts Professional

to lead our accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial management functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

financial reporting, compliance, treasury, and strategic business support

, with proven leadership in managing finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and timeliness. Finalize accounts (monthly, quarterly, annually) in line with applicable accounting standards. Prepare and present financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Coordinate with business units for budgeting and variance analysis.

2. Taxation & Compliance

Ensure end-to-end compliance with statutory requirements (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.). Supervise timely tax filings and liaise with consultants & authorities. Ensure adherence to Companies Act, 2013, and other legal frameworks.

3. Audit & Internal Controls

Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits in collaboration with auditors. Implement and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. Address audit queries and ensure timely closure of reports.

4. Team Leadership

Mentor and guide the Finance & Accounts team to ensure efficiency. Drive timely closure of books as per SOPs and policies. Promote continuous learning and upskilling within the team.

5. Budgeting & Forecasting

Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecasts in alignment with business goals. Track actual vs. budgeted performance and highlight key variances. Recommend corrective actions for financial efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

PG:

M.Com (Any Specialization) / MBA/PGDM (Finance)/ MSc. Statistics Professional certifications (CA, CMA) will be an added advantage.
