Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Accounting & Bookkeeping



Supervise daily accounting operations (payables, receivables, payroll, ledgers, reconciliations). Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

2. Financial Management



Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance. Provide management with insights for cost control and revenue growth.

3. Compliance & Audit



Ensure statutory compliance with GST, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and other applicable laws. Liaise with auditors for internal and external audits. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

4. Reporting



Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis. Provide management with timely financial updates for strategic decision-making.

5. Team & Process Management



Lead and mentor the accounts team. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
