We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager of Finance and Accounts to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and the construction or real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
Liaise with auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.
Collaborate with project managers to track project budgets and expenses.
Provide guidance and training to junior finance staff.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified or semi-qualified with relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the infrastructure or real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
