Job Brief: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager - Accounts & Finance to lead our finance team and manage end-to-end financial operations for our UK clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, deep knowledge of UK financial regulations, and hands-on experience in financial reporting, VAT, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions. Prepare budget forecasts. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure. Preparing MIS Report. Preparing finalisation of accounts. Present financial information to all external stakeholders. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Compute VAT's and all dimensions. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statement. Management of cash flows on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyse financial statements to identify trends, assess financial performance, and support informed decision-making. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Monitor variances between actual results and budget/forecast and provide analysis and explanations. Managing a team size of around 5-10 members.
Required Skills:

5-10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role.
Additional qualification(CA,CMA,ACCA would be preferred).

Strong knowledge of UK financial reporting and statutory compliance. Expertise in VAT, payroll regulations, and audit processes. Proficiency with QuickBooks(online) and Paycircle accounting software and MS Excel. Ability to prepare financial statements and perform reconciliations. Ability to adapt the changes. Very Good Understanding of Invoice financing process.
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work in UK shift hours. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple priorities
