Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced

Senior Accounts & Finance Manager

to oversee the Company's financial accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timeliness, and strong financial controls. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, monthly closing, audits, and financial reporting while supporting strategic financial planning. This position requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, HR, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Department (AR, AP, GL, Banking, Payroll accounting).

Ensure accurate and timely closing of books on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS)

Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF/ESI, FEMA, and other regulatory filings.

Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.

Prepare audit schedules, documentation, and finalize audit deliverables within timelines.

Support in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Monitor expenditure and highlight deviations to management.

Strengthen internal financial controls and implement process improvements.

Oversee vendor payments, reconciliation, and credit terms compliance.

Review customer receivables, ageing analysis, and support collections.

Ensure timely invoicing, deductions management, and settlement of claims.

Monitor daily cash flow requirements and bank balances.

Coordinate with banks for facilities, online banking, and documentation.

Assist in capital allocation, loan management, and interest compliance.

Lead ERP accounting module improvements and ensure accurate data integrity.

Identify gaps in accounting processes and drive corrective actions.

Supervise and mentor the accounts team; ensure productivity and skill development.

Allocate responsibilities, review work, and maintain accountability.

Promote a culture of accuracy, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications



BCom/MCom, MBA (Finance), or CA/CA(Inter) preferred

Preferred Skills



Demonstrated experience of team leadership in building a performance driven team

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA and other statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, ERPNext or similar)

Proven experience in managing audits and monthly closing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
