About our Client- Our client is a firm of experienced chartered accountants providing specialized services in the area of audit & assurance, direct and indirect tax, business advisory, accounting, and regulatory compliances. With two locations in Mumbai and Ahmedabad and a vibrant team of 80 plus team members led by 5 Partners having rich experience in their area of domain. Their prime focus is on providing specialized quality services based on clients\' need.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:

• Identify and assess financial and operational risks associated with the organization\'s business processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Assisting in supporting different functions in driving Compliance and provide oversight by maintaining regular reporting and monitoring processes
• Assisting in Tracking of Regulatory and Statutory Compliances for the business
• Assisting in ensuring that the regulatory and statutory and Internal Compliance tasks are mapped to functions on Compliance tool are up to date and mapped correctly
• Custodian of the monthly Compliance Certificate and approvals
• Assisting in Monthly Compliance Certificate Generation and approval for all functions and reporting thereafter
• Maintenance of MIS in reference with status of closure of tasks on Compliance Tool
• Maker for Regulatory Updates Tracker
• Sending reminder and follow ups with functions for timely closure of Compliance Tasks.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in using audit software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in managing and leading audit teams.
• Strong ethical values and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
