You will be responsible for supporting our Market and Enterprise Finance teams by providing comprehensive lease accounting services for our income and expense lease portfolio across various geographic regions. This role, in partnership with the Director over the area, will be responsible for accurate and compliant reporting of lease-related income and expenses.The candidate is expected to reside in India.Responsibilities:

• Oversee Lease income and expense portfolio to ensure comprehensive management and accurate reporting of all lease-related income and expenses, contributing to the organizations financial integrity.
• Lead the reconciliation and roll forward processes for lease-related accounts, ensuring all lease accounts are accurately maintained and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Oversee abstraction of Financial Agreements between Markets and Franchisees.
• Oversee execution of transactional activities pertaining to scheduling, approving, and processing lease payments and receipts.
• Lead a team of 8 individuals, providing coaching and guidance to foster a collaborative and productive work environment, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
• BK: Collaborate with functional solutions and technology experts by identifying and prioritizing process enhancements to support key organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in lease accounting, financial reporting, and managing financial operations.
• Strong skills in Relationship Management, Business Partnership, Business Intelligence, Process Governance, and Policy Definition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present and convey financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to Market Finance and Enterprise Teams.
• Knowledge of global accounting practices, especially in managing lease accounts, and proficiency with financial systems like TRIRIGA.
