Key Responsibilities:

Oversee academic operations, curriculum planning and semester scheduling

Drive the student admission process - from inquiry to enrollment

Work with Internationally, acclaimed faculty and contribute to academic excellence

Organize and promote open Mic night, student showcases, guest workshops

Ensuring appropriate access to music practice rooms for students and staff.

Producing a comprehensive and varied programme of concerts and other productions throughout the academic year.

Leading and making a significant contribution to 'after school' music.

Build relationship with the music industry for internships, collaborations and performance opportunities

Requirement & Skills:

6 ~ 10 years of experience in academic administration or admission (preferably in music, creative arts, or international education

A Graduate/Post graduate in Music, Performing Arts, Education Management or Business

A strong communicator with excellent leadership and student engagement skills

Passion about music and education with exposure to international academic models (e.g. Berklee, Trinity, ABRSM)
