Opportunity -
As Manager, Academic Excellence, you will:
Oversee the academic journey of partner schools to drive revenue generation, retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Support and monitor the execution of Oxford's integrated academic solutions in schools.
Conduct regular school visits to train teachers and ensure smooth implementation.
Complete training sessions and ISVs on time.
Deliver training modules for educators and conduct coaching and observation sessions.
Ensure zero unresolved complaints beyond 7 days in your territory.
Own academic implementation and contribute to 100% retention of partner schools.
Improve LMS usage across user schools and promote digital products.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to retain logos.
Execute innovative customer engagement activities for enhanced satisfaction.
Train internal resources in your region.
Handle reporting, auditing, and documentation responsibilities.
Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term partnerships, making a significant impact on both the team and OUP's mission.
About You
#
Essential Criteria
Postgraduate/graduate degree in any discipline
Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience
Strong communication skills
Tech-savvy with knowledge of the EdTech domain
Experience in teacher training
Understanding of LMS and educational technology
Proficiency in computer applications
Experience in integrated services
Excellent relationship-building skills
Willingness and flexibility to travel 15-20 days per month
