Sl. No. Responsibilities



Responsible for effective implement of CAPEX, New Modifications/ Improvements/ Energy Saving Concepts.

Design, Installation & Commissioning of New Project in Plant.

Preparation of Layout/ Drawings in Autocad.

To propose and initiate Energy & water saving Ideas/ costing/ Calculation of Savings ROI.

To prepare SOP & perform QMS activities in EDMS, Trackwise System as per requirement

Preparing BOM, BOQ for Project/ Utilities activities.

Monitoring and maintaining the procurement process follow up for PO, material delivered, Vendor's payment etc.

Day to day conciliation of Project related generated by various end users.

To coordinate with all the Cross Functional Department.

To prepare list of critical spares & ensure that all the stocks are available all the time.

Assist senior to provide data to generate monthly, quarterly report.

To propose and initiate the development work for new system/ equipment.

To use and ensure the use of proper PPEs during carrying out all Maintenance/ Project / Modification activities and follow all safety instructions at work place.

To maintain the discipline and punctuality among the colleagues / subordinates / workman.

To understand all relevant SOP & follow the procedure as mentioned in SOP.

To perform any other job assigned by the HOD/Management.

To get the training, maintaining own Training file, train the subordinates and workmen.

Preparation & presenting the status of ongoing working in a digital way with regular frequency

B. Tech

Experience

Tenure: 12-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
