Branded and NCE portfolio

Management of the branded portfolio from IP perspective



Job Profile: Managing and supervising-

NCE Portfolio:
Life Cycle management of NCE portfolio from IP perspective including competition tracking Ensuring FTO of in-house NCEs Supervising Search and analysis- in NCEs and related competition Agreement review including CDA, IITs, MSA, MTA etc. Performing validity analysis of blocking patents

Branded Portfolio:
Life Cycle management of branded portfolio from IP perspective including competition tracking IP support for out-licensing projects Agreement review including CDA, IITs, MSA, MTA etc. Freedom to operate for in-house branded portfolio Opportunity identification for APIs and formulations Performing validity analysis of blocking patents

Due diligence for in-licensing/out-licensing opportunity:


IP due diligence for technologies and products for in-licensing IP support for out-licensing projects Agreement review related to in-licensing/out-licensing opportunity.

Product Opportunity Identification:


Opportunity identification for APIs and formulations Generation of ideas for new projects Identifying new opportunities for in-licensing
