Position: Senior Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive Department: Production Years of Experience: 7-8 Years Education Qualification: B. Pharma Job Role: Documentation, QMS, Deviation, Investigation, Market Complaint, Document Management. Responsibilities:
- Handling of QMS related activities i.e., Change control, deviation, and ensure effectiveness of CAPA, follow up and timely closure.
- To ensure compliance to cGMP and safety standard.
- To maintain and improve quality of the products as per standards.
- To ensure the effective control on usage of man, machine and material in the department.
- To participate and co-ordinate various ongoing validation activities of equipment and system.
- To maintain department and equipment in neat and tidy condition all the time.
- To review and approve PI, validation protocols, change controls, deviations and SOPs.
- To ensure the implementation of EHS practices during the work.
- To handle QMS related activities in track wise.
- To give training on SOP, on-job training, technical and general to all workmen and subordinates.
- To monitor training of new personnel in production, guide the new person as and when require related to SOP & training.
- To perform any other related work allotted by the superior as per the production requirement.
- To conduct and co-ordinate training for the production users of the new/revised SOP\xe2\x80\x99s
- To create and approve new SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and revision of SOP\xe2\x80\x99s as per requirement of block and the stakeholders.
- To Co-ordinate with training department for all LMS related the activities in production Block-A.
- To keep and maintain all documents of Block A in documentation room.
- To handle QMS, improvement projects
