Job Summary: Reporting to Deputy General Manager, Marketing Services, the Manager- Accounts Payable will lead team and manage day-to-day operations related to non-PO based payments, vendor management, compliance, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple systems and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:

• Managing payments related to marketing expenses on a timely basis ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal guidelines.
• To ensure timely vendor code creation, NEFT activation.
• Compile reports and share data with divisions and other stakeholders
• Co-ordination with Sales Coordinators, Travel Desk, Field Employees, and other internal teams for smooth operations.
• Handle grievance redressal to the satisfaction of all stakeholders

Skill Sets required:

• Knowledge of Withholding Tax (TDS) and GST provisions
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with cross-functional team leaders.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with systems like VIM/SAP Hana and MDO
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.

Educational Qualification and Experience
CA with 2-3 years of experience or Bachelor's degree in Commerce with 8-10 years + experience preferably in Accounts Payable in pharmaceutical industry
