Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Management Trainee - Video Editor

to support our digital content initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to video production, editing, and storytelling across digital platforms while working closely with editorial and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble video content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns. Assist in post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and basic motion graphics. Coordinate with content, editorial, and social media teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Maintain video archives and follow brand and editorial guidelines consistently.

Requirements

Graduate / Postgraduate in Media, Mass Communication, or a related field. Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects. Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and time management skills. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
