Job Overview



The

Management Trainee

and

Trainee

positions are designed to provide hands-on exposure to all key departments of the hotel. The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training and mentorship under experienced professionals to develop managerial and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the day-to-day operations of the assigned department. Support the department head in maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction. Learn and implement hotel operating procedures and policies. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvement. Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency of assigned areas. Prepare daily reports and assist in administrative duties as required. Develop an understanding of revenue management, cost control, and inventory processes. Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and adaptability in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Eligibility Criteria



Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business Administration. Experience: Freshers may apply; prior internship or hotel experience will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, grooming standards, and a keen interest in hospitality. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Training Duration & Growth



Trainee Programme:

6 months (with possible extension based on performance).

Management Trainee Programme:

12 months structured rotational program. Outstanding performers may be absorbed into permanent roles within the organization upon successful completion of the program.
