About Position

Statcon Powtech Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our Marketing Department. This apprenticeship role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and business development within the fast-growing solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in formulating and executing strategies to support market expansion for Statcon Powtech's solar inverter and power conditioning product lines Conduct market research to identify potential regions, segments, and industries for product outreach and distribution Support lead generation activities through both traditional and digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp campaigns Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer requirements Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market positioning to provide insights for product and pricing strategies Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, outreach impact, and growth opportunities

Qualifications and Skills

Fresh graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Strong analytical and research skills with a keen interest in market trends and business strategy Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to renewable energy or technology sectors through academic projects, internships, or certifications Basic understanding of solar energy products and applications Prior experience or coursework in B2B marketing or business development
