We are looking for a reliable

Management Trainee

who is eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Management Trainee, you will get hands-on experience in different departments, work closely with managers, and take part in day-to-day operations. The goal of this role is to prepare you for future leadership positions and help you contribute to our company's steady growth.

Responsibilities

Learn and understand company policies, workflows, and operations. Work with different teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.) to gain all-round exposure. Assist managers in planning, reporting, and daily tasks. Research, analyze, and present findings to support business decisions. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and projects. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Take initiative in identifying problems and suggest solutions. Develop leadership and problem-solving skills through real-time assignments. Support the team in achieving company goals and improving efficiency. Gather customer/employee feedback and share it with the management team.

Freshers only eligible.

Job Types

3 months probation period (Fresher role).

Pay During Probation:

?15,000 - ?18,000 per month.

After Probation (Full-Time):

CTC Range - 4 LPA to 6 LPA
