The Management Trainee will participate in a structured 3-month internship program aimed at providing hands-on exposure to administrative functions, cross-departmental operations, and mentoring responsibilities. This role is ideal for enthusiastic graduates seeking practical management experience, leadership development, and a comprehensive understanding of organizational workflows.
Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support
Assist in day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation across departments
Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational policies
2. Departmental Coordination
Work closely with various departments to understand and support operational workflows
Assist department heads in executing assigned tasks, projects, and initiatives
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams
3. Mentorship & Student/Team Support
Serve as a mentor and primary point of contact for assigned students, trainees, or team members
Provide guidance, follow-ups, and basic counselling support when required
Monitor performance, attendance, and engagement levels and report observations
4. Operations & Management Exposure
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental activities
Participate in internal meetings, reviews, and performance assessments
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and management documentation
Eligibility & Skills Required
Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Arts, Science, or related disciplines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of administrative and organizational processes
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively across departments
Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt
