We're Hiring: Management Trainee - B2B Marketing (Fresher Role)

Location: Coimbatore (On-site role - candidates from Coimbatore or open to relocating are strongly encouraged to apply)

Are you an energetic, detail-oriented graduate looking to kickstart your career in marketing? Join our B2B Marketing Team in Coimbatore as a Management Trainee, where you'll gain hands-on experience in event management, vendor coordination, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Event Support - Assist in planning & executing trade shows, seminars, offline events, and in-house branding; coordinate logistics, track shipments, and monitor timelines.

Vendor Coordination - Work with printers, suppliers, stall fabricators, and event organizers; collect quotes, compare costs, and ensure timely delivery.

Inventory & Stock Management - Maintain records of marketing collaterals, brochures, and promotional materials; track stock inflow/outflow; assist in forecasting requirements.

Team Support - Support the marketing team in preparing banners, event promotions, and budgets.

What We're Looking For

? Strong organizational & communication skills

? Basic knowledge of MS Office

? Detail-oriented with problem-solving & multitasking ability

? Eagerness to learn and grow in marketing operations & events

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree (Any discipline)

Freshers welcome (0-1 year of experience preferred)
