SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role holder will be responsible to monitor and track project progress. The role holder will attend and schedule meetings as required.SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Prepare overall Master Schedule for complete project.
Preparation of Baseline Schedule
Daily monitoring of construction activities and keep track as per schedule, highlight delays to stakeholders and producing mitigation plan for catching up
Planning of resources to achieve the schedule
Prepare yearly/monthly cash outflow data regularly as per the construction schedule and tracking the same.
Preparation of Tender & Procurement Schedule
Preparation of drawing requirements in coordination with site team.
Highlighting the stakeholders and management the schedule of payment milestones required for cash inflow, planning accordingly for uninterrupted flow in works
Coordination with vendors for their work schedule and progress related updates
Coordination with Design, contracts and Procurement departments for project related matters like requirement or discrepancies in drawings, vendor requirements etc.
Providing milestone schedules and project expenses related data to finance when required
Weekly and monthly progress reports for management review
Preparing presentations, MIS required
Keeping record of procurement materials - steel, Tiles, CP sanitary, doors, windows and also keeping record of Monthly requirement of Concrete, Steel etc.
Maintain log of drawings received and issuedSECTION V: KEY RESULT AREAS

Technical & Professional Knowledge required(What someone NEEDS TO KNOW) Should have experience of MS Project, MS Excel & MS Power Point ( well verse in presentation skills), SAP, AutoCAD
Experience required(What someone NEEDS TO HAVE DONE) Should have 4-5 years of experience of working in MSP,
Project planning for 1 cycle of project right from excavation to handover
