Management Trainees

to join our

Sales & Marketing

team. This is a

field-based role

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential customers and present company products Generate and follow up on sales leads in the assigned area Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions Support marketing campaigns, events, and product demos Maintain daily reports and update the team on progress Learn on-the-job through training and field experience

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.) MBA/BBA in Marketing is a plus (not mandatory) Good communication skills (Hindi/English) Willingness to work in field sales Self-motivated and eager to grow in sales career
