Key Responsibilities of a Management Trainee



The responsibilities evolve as the trainee progresses through the program.

Phase 1: Foundational Learning & Immersion



Shadowing:

Work alongside experienced Sales Representatives and Marketing Specialists to learn the fundamentals of client interaction, product demonstrations, and campaign execution.

Training:

Complete intensive classroom and on-the-job training on company products/services, sales techniques, marketing principles, and CRM tools.

Market Research:

Assist in gathering and analyzing market data, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence.

Administrative Support:

Handle administrative tasks to understand the operational side of the business.

Phase 2: Role Rotation & Specialization



Sales Rotation:

Spend time in different sales roles (e.g., inside sales, field sales, key account management) to understand various sales cycles and customer segments.

Marketing Rotation:

Work in teams like Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Market Research to learn how marketing strategies are developed and executed.

Project Work:

Lead small-scale projects, such as organizing a local marketing event, creating content for a social media campaign, or assisting in a sales pitch.

Cross-Functional Exposure:

Spend time in related departments like Product Development, Finance, or Customer Support to understand how they support the sales and marketing goals.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
