We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee (Sales) - Telesales Intern to join our sales team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telesales, lead management, and customer communication within a fast-growing EdTech environment. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting outbound sales activities and contributing to lead conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and share information about our products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant guidance or solutions.
Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads to support conversion efforts.
Assist the sales team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and feedback discussions.
Maintain professionalism and represent the brand in all customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade, listen actively, and handle customer queries confidently.
Basic knowledge of sales processes or prior telesales exposure is a plus.
Target-driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
Good data-entry and CRM-handling skills (preferred).
