FunctionSales, Customer Service & OriginationYour Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and executing sales operations to support overall business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving defined sales targets and ensuring effective market execution.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Proactively contribute to business innovation by identifying and implementing new sales strategies, exploring untapped markets, and recommending process enhancements to drive operational excellence and customer value.
• Continuously monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed targets. Adjust sales strategies based on market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback.
• Maintaining adequate supply levels at the CFA, distributor point, and consumer point.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Leverage data analytics and customer insights to refine sales approaches and enhance market penetration.

Your ProfileEducation: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration from a recognized institute.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or FMCG/consumer goods industry (internships included).Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and market expansion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools.
