Role Overview:

We are hiring a

Management Trainee - Sales

to join our

Advertisement Sales

team. This role focuses on the learnings about how to pitch, sell, and close advertisement deals across our publication platforms. You will work closely with the sales team to support revenue growth and client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the team in identifying potential advertisers and generating new business leads. Support in pitching advertisement opportunities to brands and agencies. Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve revenue targets. Help prepare media plans, proposals, and sales pitches. Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery. Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and client communication logs. Learn and understand our publication portfolio and customise pitches accordingly.

Profile Requirements:

Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Marketing, Business) Excellent communication and persuasion skills Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of advertising/media sales is a plus Good with MS Office tools. Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively
