Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role is designed to groom future leaders by providing hands-on experience in various aspects of sales, marketing, and business development. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication skills and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Support the sales team in lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups. Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and product launches. Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. Maintain customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Learn company products, services, and internal processes thoroughly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel and relocate if required. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Career Path:

Successful trainees may be promoted to roles such as Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, Business Development Manager, or other leadership positions within the organization.
