Management Trainees for

Software Product Management - champion the design and configuration of fintech, healthtech and enterprise software products, Human Resources - managing various HR functions, including payroll processing, operational tasks, basic accounting duties, and recruitment activities Accounting - Bookkeeping, Finalization of Accounts, Financial Reports & Taxation Finance - Valuation, Investor Interaction, Startup Onboarding & Financial Advisory Digital Sales & Marketing - managing digital marketing campaigns, including SMS, web, SEO/SEM, email, social media to bring and generate leads DevOps - Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps.

Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus. Fair understanding of AI and ML technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Additional Information:

6 months' training @ 7500/-pm Stipend 15000/-pm and above upon confirmation and based on performance, plus additional quarterly performance bonus. Performance driven confirmation bonus of upto 45000/- 3 Months interim review for exceptional performers and early confirmation Work Location: In person at Thane Only Mumbai/Thane candidates will be preferred
