Role Overview
We are looking for a tech-curious, articulate, and business-minded Management Trainee who thrives on understanding complex solutions and explaining their value with clarity. You will operate at the intersection of technology, presales, and business development, learning how cutting-edge AI and automation drive real-world business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop deep expertise in Idolize's AI, automation, and agentic solutions
Translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly business language
Support presales activities including pitch decks, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and demos
Participate in client calls, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs
Coordinate with product and technical teams to build customized client solutions
Assist the business development team in lead qualification, follow-ups, and client engagement
Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategy
Maintain CRM updates, presales documentation, and pipeline reports

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong interest in technology, automation, and AI
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and ask the right questions
Confidence to explain solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Willingness to deep-dive, learn continuously, and take ownership
Skills & Competencies
Technical & Functional
Basic understanding of business processes and enterprise solutions
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and structured documentation
Exposure to B2B sales, presales, consulting, or SaaS is a plus
Comfort working with technical teams and understanding solution architecture at a high level

Strong presentation and storytelling ability
Client-first mindset with professional business etiquette
Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
High learning agility and accountability
Educational Qualifications
MBA (Marketing / Sales / Operations / Business Analytics / Information Technology) or equivalent
Candidates with a technical background (B.Tech / BE / BCA / IT) who have completed an MBA are also eligible
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
