As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training across different departments such as

Retail Operations, Merchandising, Sales, HR, and Supply Chain

to gain hands-on exposure to the fashion & apparel industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a long-term career with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and support day-to-day operations across assigned departments Assist managers in projects, reporting, and coordination Participate in training programs designed to build leadership and functional skills Gain exposure to customer service, sales, and back-end operations Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to the team

Candidate Profile:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Eagerness to learn and grow in the fashion industry
