: Management Trainee - Operations
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with warehouse staff and transport teams to track vehicle arrivals and plan timely receipt of goods. Supervise and verify accurate loading and unloading of materials from delivery vehicles. Conduct daily inspections of warehouse premises to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness. Ensure all materials are properly scanned during inward and outward movements. Oversee daily warehouse operations and monitor the performance and activities of warehouse personnel. Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices across all inventory categories. Ensure that dispatched materials strictly match the approved pick list and delivery documents. Optimize storage space by organizing floor layouts in compliance with safety and storage standards. Maintain systematic stock arrangement with proper labeling, identification, and location marking. Update and monitor bin cards accurately for all inventory items. Perform regular inventory control through daily Physical Inventory Counts (PIC) and weekly full stock audits. Allocate tasks and responsibilities to workers based on their skill level, experience, and workload. Supervise goods inward, order picking, and dispatch operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and minimal damage. Support warehouse staff during loading activities, ensuring safe handling practices and proper securing of materials in vehicles. Monitor and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers or dealers. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to achieve warehouse performance targets. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained across warehouse areas and that equipment is in good working condition.

Preferred Qualifications
