The Opportunity




As a Management Trainee - Operations in our Mumbai office, you will be at the core of our daily operations. This role combines responsibilities across human resources, operations, and executive-level administrative support. We are strongly considering candidates who take responsibility and ownership of their initiatives, can solve open-ended issues, and can manage multiple competing objectives in a fast-paced environment. You will be an important member of a professional team and will be instrumental in shaping the success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities



Ensure seamless execution of daily operational tasks, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Support the global HR and recruitment teams by managing databases, administering candidate assessments, and preparing reports. Help maintain strong candidate experience through consistent communication and organized documentation. Act as a point of contact for local IT and administrative requirements, coordinating with global teams as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding, offboarding, and other key HR processes. Driving and delivering on talent sourcing activities and recruitment processes. Performing analysis and preparing reporting materials (presentations, visualizations, summaries) and updating management on the status and performance of various operational initiatives

Qualifications



Undergraduate degree degree in a competitive field, preferably commerce, management, or finance (recently graduated) Exceptional academic results (minimum cGPA of 70% or 3.5/4.0) Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Apps is required; experience with recruitment software suites is an asset Knowledge of the Investment Banking and Financial Services Industry is an asset Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and written & verbal communication skills Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
