SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role holder will be responsible for site execution of all high rise residential projects.
SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Executing works as per GFC drawings on site, checking of reinforcement
Should know to calculate quantities of concrete , shuttering, blockwork , gypsum , tiling etc
Monitoring & Tracking work progress as per given schedule,
Maintaining Quality and safety on site etc.
SECTION V: KEY RESULT AREAS
Key performance goals for the role: Critical outcomes of a job contributing to the organization's and role's success Weightage (should add up to100%)
Construction Progress- Core, shell & miscellaneous civil works.
- Execution of various Civil activities including structures, create work front to all vendors.
- Checking of Reinforcement & Shuttering as per drawing.
- Ensure all works are executed as per directions given & targets set.
- Quantity survey for required work and raise indent.
- Responsibility of all civil and finishing work to complete within timeline and with good quality. 40%
Coordination with Consultant, Contractors & Design team to ensure seamless flow of work.
- Regular communication with external consultants.
- Regular update with inhouse departmental Staff.
- Inform respective departments well in advance about the requirement of the site. 20%
Quantity Surveying
- Preparation of BBS, Shuttering & concrete quantity.
- Verifying quantities of all civil activities against the scope of work for billing
- Quantity surveying of various civil activities for ordering process. 20%
Quality & safety
- All activities to be executed maintaining proper quality and safety
- Preparing & raising snag list of Quality & safety related points

Education Qualification Dip./BE- Civil
Technical & Professional Knowledge required
(What someone NEEDS TO KNOW) Should have experience in executing works as per GFC drawings on site, checking of reinforcement.
Should know to calculate quantities of concrete , shuttering, blockwork , gypsum , tiling
Have good knowledge of MS office, Autocad,SAP
Experience required
(What someone NEEDS TO HAVE DONE) Must have real estate expeirence in completing 1 full project cycle from excavation to handover of Core & Shell to MEP.
If Dip - experience must be 8 years, if BE Civil - experience must be 5 years.
Should have exposure to M1VAN - Aluminum shuttering.
