Management Trainee

8848 Digital LLP provides clients with high-quality ERPNext implementations, application customizations, management consulting, and a variety of technical infrastructure services. We deliver enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to mid-market companies worldwide, including custom solutions on web and mobile.

We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Management Trainee to join our Marketing & Sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in drafting impactful business proposals, presentations, and marketing documents. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in marketing, sales strategy, and client engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

? Draft, edit, and format business proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to gather information and align proposals with client requirements.
? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support proposal development and sales strategy.
? Assist in preparing sales pitches, marketing collaterals, and promotional content.
? Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and other marketing materials. ? Support the sales team in lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups.
? Track and analyse proposal performance and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

? Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with business writing formats.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
? Creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
