Management Trainee

8848 Digital LLP provides clients with high-quality ERPNext implementations, application customizations, management consulting, and a variety of technical infrastructure services. We deliver enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to mid-market companies worldwide, including custom solutions on web and mobile.

We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Management Trainee to join our Marketing & Sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in drafting impactful business proposals, presentations, and marketing documents. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in marketing, sales strategy, and client engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Draft, edit, and format business proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to gather information and align proposals with client requirements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support proposal development and sales strategy. Assist in preparing sales pitches, marketing collaterals, and promotional content. Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and other marketing materials. Support the sales team in lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups. Track and analyze proposal performance and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (or equivalent). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with business writing formats. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
