Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainees to join our retail team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training in showroom operations, sales, customer service, inventory, and administration. This role is designed to groom future leaders capable of managing a showroom or department independently within the consumer electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day showroom operations, sales, and customer interaction.

Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Learn product knowledge across all categories (TVs, Mobiles, Appliances, Gadgets, etc.).

Coordinate with backend teams for stock, billing, and service.

Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

Participate in promotions, display setup, and customer engagement events.

Requirements:-

Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Commerce, or related field.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of retail experience preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Passion for sales and customer service.

Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn ERP/POS systems.

Career Growth:-

Successful candidates will be absorbed into roles such as Showroom Executive / Assistant Branch Manager based on performance after the training period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
