Qualitas Global is hiring a Management Trainee for our Sales, Business Development & Client Servicing Team!

This is a full-time role starting as a Management Trainee / Management Intern, with clear opportunities for growth and promotion based on performance, learning agility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers through professional communication via email and LinkedIn.
Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and schedule meetings.
Follow up diligently with prospects and address inquiries from potential clients.
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to drive sales.
Stay updated on Qualitas Global's products, services, and industry developments.
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

Excellent written and spoken English with impeccable grammar. (Please do not apply if English is not your strong point.)
Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
