Position Overview

We are inviting dynamic and driven professionals with an MBA/MMS in Operations, Marketing, or Project Management, and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Petrochemical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your skillset and interest, you may be assigned to one or more of the following domains:

1. Project Coordination & Execution

Assist in planning and tracking engineering projects from start to finish. Coordinate with design, fabrication, QA/QC, and site teams for smooth execution.

2. Estimation & Proposal Support

Support the costing and proposal team in preparing techno-commercial bids. Understand technical specs and client requirements to contribute to winning proposals.

3. Marketing & Business Development

Conduct market research and assist in identifying new business opportunities. Prepare presentations, pre-qualification documents, and marketing material.

4. Operations & Supply Chain Support

Assist in procurement coordination, vendor interactions, and logistics tracking. Work with internal teams to streamline delivery schedules and project resources.

5. Client Interaction & Documentation

Handle project documentation, reporting, and client coordination for ongoing assignments. Maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external communication.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Petrochemical Engineering (mandatory) MMS or MBA in Operations, Marketing, or Project Management (preferred) Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, technical marketing, or estimation in an engineering company will be an added advantage

Skills Required

Strong technical foundation with an understanding of engineering processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD or ERP tools is a plus. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Team player with a proactive and adaptive approach.
