We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Management Trainee (MBA)

to support our

marketing, e-commerce, and business operations

in the

commercial kitchen equipment industry

. This role is ideal for MBA freshers who want practical exposure to

B2B sales, institutional marketing, and online sales channels

related to hotels, restaurants, catering units, hospitals, and industrial kitchens.

The selected candidate will work closely with

senior management, sales, production, and service teams

to gain complete exposure to the commercial kitchen equipment business.

Key Responsibilities

Assist management in

planning, execution, and monitoring

of business activities Support

B2B marketing and sales initiatives

for commercial kitchen equipment Coordinate

e-commerce operations

, including product listings, specifications, pricing, and order tracking Assist in

quotation preparation, tender support, and lead follow-ups

Support

digital marketing activities

(website updates, product promotion, social media coordination) Prepare

MIS reports, sales analysis, and performance dashboards

Coordinate with

accounts, production, logistics, and service teams

Communicate with

vendors, dealers, and institutional customers

Participate in

market research, competitor analysis, and product benchmarking

Learn and follow company

SOPs, quality standards, and compliance procedures

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of

marketing and B2B sales processes

Understanding of

commercial kitchen equipment

or willingness to learn Familiarity with

e-commerce platforms

(Amazon, Flipkart, B2B portals, company website) Knowledge of

digital marketing basics

(social media marketing, online promotions, SEO fundamentals) Good

communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

Strong

analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Willingness to learn technical products and work in a fast-paced environment
