Key Responsibilities:



Proactive Customer Engagement:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to present our products and services, clearly articulating their value proposition.

Lead Management & Nurturing:

Systematically follow up with generated leads, building rapport and guiding them through the sales funnel to drive conversions.

Needs Analysis & Solutioning:

Actively listen to and identify customer needs, providing tailored information and effective solutions.

CRM & Data Management:

Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress within our CRM system.

Performance-Driven Execution:

Achieve individual and team-based daily and weekly targets for call volume and conversion metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff process and exceptional customer support.

Continuous Improvement:

Commit to ongoing learning of product knowledge, sales methodologies, and communication techniques to enhance performance.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:



A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional phone manner. A resilient, customer-focused mindset with the patience and empathy to handle diverse customer interactions. Proven ability to persevere through challenges, maintain a positive attitude, and stay self-motivated. Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite; prior experience with a CRM tool is advantageous. A strong desire to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
