Position:

Management Trainee - Sales & Marketing

Qualification:

BE Civil/Mech + MBA (Marketing)

Experience:

Fresher (0-1 year)

Location

: Bangalore (Hoskote, Kolar, Malur), Hubli, Dharwad, Belgaum & Goa.

Remuneration:

4 to 6 LPA

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong technical understanding of civil/structural or mechanical engineering with MBA marketing.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Analytical thinking with interest in industrial products and B2B sales.

Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and technical documents (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
