We are looking for a

Client Relationship Executive

who will play a key role in building and managing strong client relationships while ensuring excellent service delivery. This role is ideal for

freshers

and candidates with an

MBA in Marketing or Management

who have strong

communication skills

and an interest in

research and publication services

. The position focuses on client satisfaction, business growth, and long-term relationship management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong

client relationships

through regular communication and follow-ups. Provide end-to-end

support and services

to clients, ensuring timely updates on ongoing projects. Coordinate with internal teams to manage research,

publication

, and quality assurance processes. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions. Support business

growth

through client retention, upselling, and referrals. Assist in reviewing research articles, review papers, books, and other publication materials for quality compliance. Conduct basic

research

to understand client needs, market trends, and service improvements. Handle client queries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Maintain client data and interactions using CRM and other management tools.
Skills and Qualifications

Education:

MBA in Marketing / Management, Master's degree, or graduation in any discipline.

Experience:

Freshers

are welcome; prior experience in client handling, marketing, or services is an advantage. Strong verbal and written

communication skills

. Interest or basic understanding of

research and publication

processes is preferred. Good interpersonal, relationship management, and coordination skills. Ability to multitask, organize work, and support multiple clients effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
