Key Roles & Responsibilities



Maintain and manage

client relationships

by engaging proactively through calls, follow-ups, and CRM tools. Provide effective

customer support

, ensuring timely issue resolution and high satisfaction levels. Build a

strong relationship

with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Share updates on services, publication workflows, and research-related offerings. Conduct quality checks on

research publications

, articles, reviews, books, and similar materials. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Support

sales

and

business development

efforts by identifying upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using

CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Masters

,

MBA in Marketing

, or graduation in any discipline (Science preferable - BSc, MSc, Pharmacy). Strong

communication skills

(verbal & written) and excellent

interpersonal skills

. Ability to handle client calls professionally and deliver exceptional customer experience. Interest or familiarity with

research

academic publications

, journals, or editorial processes. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability. Basic knowledge of digital tools and

CRM

software.

Freshers

with strong communication and client-handling skills are welcome.
