About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic, smart, and proactive MBA Fresher to join our Lead Generation & Business Development Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong 'can-do' attitude, and the enthusiasm to learn and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach. Generate high-quality leads for the sales pipeline. Connect with CXO-level or senior stakeholders over call/email/LinkedIn. Understand customer needs and set up qualified meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM tools. Support in creating pitch decks, proposals, and market insights. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and events. Continuously learn market trends, industry updates, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualities

MBA Fresher from a reputed institute (Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges preferred). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. High energy, motivation, and a positive, go-getter attitude. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Curious, fast learner with a passion for business development. Good analytical thinking and research ability. Proficiency in MS Office.
