Bond Adventures Pvt Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced

Management Trainee

with an

MBA in Travel & Tourism

and

2-3 years of relevant experience

to support and learn core operational and management functions at our Kovalam location. The role offers hands-on exposure to operations, customer service, administration, and business development in a dynamic tourism-based environment, with clear opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Business Support

Assist in marketing and promotional activities Support customer engagement and outreach initiatives Gather customer feedback and assist in service improvement

2. Operations Support

Assist in day-to-day operational activities Support planning and execution of scheduled programs and services Coordinate with operational staff to ensure smooth workflow Monitor operational processes and report issues to supervisors

3. Customer Service & Guest Relations

Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and feedback professionally Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality Assist in guest coordination and on-ground support

4. Administration & Documentation

Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation Assist in data entry, reporting, and basic administrative tasks Support inventory tracking and resource management

5. Safety & Compliance

Assist in implementing company safety standards and procedures Support safety briefings and ensure adherence to guidelines Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

6. Team Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with team members and supervisors for daily activities Assist in staff scheduling and duty rosters when required Support effective internal communication

7. Training & Development

Participate in structured training and on-the-job learning programs Learn business processes across departments Demonstrate initiative, leadership potential, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications & Experience

MBA in Travel & Tourism

(mandatory)

2-3 years of relevant work experience

in travel, tourism, hospitality, or operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools Willingness to work flexible hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?216,000.00 - ?264,000.00 per year
