MBA Tourism graduates
to join our team as Management Trainees. This role is designed to provide structured training and hands-on experience in various business operations within the adventure tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations across key departments such as Sales, Operations, Customer Relations, and Hospitality.
Assist in planning and conducting adventure programs, tourism activities, and customer engagement events.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tourism services and packages.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist in documentation tasks.
Understand company policies, processes, and standards to contribute to organizational goals.
Participate in on-site operational activities, guest handling, and event coordination.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for tourism, adventure, and customer service.
Ability to work in a dynamic, outdoor-oriented environment.
Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
Basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
Qualifications:
MBA in Tourism Management (mandatory).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kovalam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
